About The Role

The Part Time Customer Service Representatives are the initial point of contact for prospective and existing customers who may have inquiries about a product or service that our business provides. This position will have the option to work remotely and will be telecommuting once the three week training has been completed.  Hours of operations will be 2:00pm-7:00pm, Monday-Thursday and 12:00pm - 5:00pm on Friday.

 

 

A Day in the Life of a Pt. Customer Service Rep:

 

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or written correspondence
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional, polite manner
  • Listens attentively, clarifying questions, diffusing conflict and finding solutions
  • Commitment to increasing customer satisfaction
  • Manage customers’ accounts by keeping record of interactions and transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Provide follow up to customer interactions

Qualifications

EDUCATION: GED or High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred

 

APMEX is looking for an individual who has experience in the following areas:

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience. Hospitality experience is preferred
  • Experience in data entry and handling electronic files is preferred
  • Ability to type 35-40 wpm with accuracy
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and 10 Key preferred
