The Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for driving efficiency and quality improvements for the operations team, which is comprised of receiving, quality control, fulfillment, and logistics. The position will drive improvements through the use of data analytics, process analyses, and setting up the appropriate KPI’s to measure results.
