About The Role


The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for receiving product directly from the Receiving Personnel, Product Managers and efficiently preparing the products for integration into company inventory accurately. The Supervisor will oversee the packaging, supply ordering and integration processes for products being stored in the storage and bullion vaults.


A Day in the Life of a Distribution Supervisor:


  • Adhere, develop, and improve processes for product preparation and integration that optimize the lead time from when a product is received to when it is accurately integrated for fulfillment
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly key performance indicators that result in efficient performance of the Quality Control team
  • Monitor and make changes to bin locations based off of velocity, size, and on hand quantities
  • Direct the different types of product (Gold/Silver Prep, Integration, Manufacturing, Replenishment needs, Same Day product requests) to ensure steady work flow
  • Coordinate resources among other departments when needed due to volume
  • Manage Team Member hours to maximize efficiency and reduce Overtime
  • Maintain high standards within the Storage Vault and Quality Control Room throughout the day, keeping the areas in line with 5S Principles
  • Execute reporting within internal system that provides visibility of where resources are needed and problems may exist. From that analysis, partner w/ Director of Operations to implement solutions
  • Follow procedures to secure the vaults within the building at the beginning and end of each work day
  • Prepare inventory for end of month inventory
  • Execute training of new personnel and cross train others from different departments
  • Provide coaching and when needed disciplinary action with team members
  • Lead and manage a team of 12-18 team members



  • High School or GED required, degree in related field preferred


  • Knowledge of US and World Coins a plus

Computer Skills: 

  • Medium to advanced skills using MS office Suite
