    About The Role


    The successful candidate will have sharp analytical skills, a passion for numbers, and the ability to drive delivery of enterprise-scale marketing briefs. They will be knowledgeable on how to perform competitive analysis, SWOT briefs, customer profiling and segmentation methods. The candidate will also have a sound understanding of inbound and outbound marketing techniques. With support from our business intelligence team, they will be responsible conducting consumer research via phone or electronically, compiling and presenting results to c-level executives.


    A Day in the life of a Marketing Research Analyst:

    • Demonstrate Marketing analytics skills
    • Formulate and successfully articulate best practices for consumer research
    • Define program-specific strategies and plans for ongoing collection, dissemination, execution and storage of market research
    • Ability to interact effectively in a cross-functional teams (Creative, Analytics, Product Management, C-Level)
    • Build, maintain, and manage all facets of Market Research including priorities and roadmap
    • Analyze and report on Market Research performance
    • Synthesize data, analyze results, identify trends, report and execute on key findings
    • Perform day-to-day activities such as conducting surveys, market research and competitive market analysis
    • Assist Product Management in identifying product selection gaps
    • Listen to sales call to uncover opportunities for improvement




    • Bachelor's degree in related field required



    • 0-3 years of experience
    • Classes or degree related to consumer research required
    • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize efforts, and achieve results with a strong sense of urgency
    • Outstanding ability to clearly communicate data, context, and implications to business partners
    • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Understanding of Tableau & SQL preferred
    • Familiarity with inbound and outbound marketing techniques
    • Keen attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills are necessary
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team coordinating multiple tasks
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and PowerPoint)
