The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for executing the organizational staffing needs through the sourcing, screening, interviewing of candidates to identify the top candidates and presenting them to the hiring manager for interviewing. They will manage the full-life cycle of the recruiting process and will identify improvements to the process, thus ensuring the candidate and hiring manager’s experience is positive, professional and effective.
