    About The Role

     

    The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for executing the organizational staffing needs through the sourcing, screening, interviewing of candidates to identify the top candidates and presenting them to the hiring manager for interviewing.  They will manage the full-life cycle of the recruiting process and will identify improvements to the process, thus ensuring the candidate and hiring manager’s experience is positive, professional and effective.

     

    A Day in the life of a Corporate Recruiter:

     

    • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
    • Work with hiring managers to update or create job description and competencies for each position.
    • Screen resumes, phone interview qualified candidates, coordinate interview times with hiring manager and present the candidate to the hiring manager
    • Manage the entire life-cycle of the recruiting process, keeping the hiring manager and potential candidates informed, working with outside staffing agencies, and third-party providers to complete due diligence requirements for each position
    • Utilize new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, building networks to identify qualified passive candidates, including social and professional networking sites, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
    • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives and career fairs, including informational material and promotional items
    • Provide guidance and training to hiring manager in effective interviewing techniques, providing interview questions and conducting mock-interviews to new supervisors
    • Maintain the applicant tracking system for each candidate, continuously keeping it up-to-date
    • Develop a pool of qualified candidates, maintaining regular contact with possible future candidates
    • Other Administrative and recordkeeping duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required 

    Experience:

    • 3- 5 years of recruiting experience
    • Agency experience preferred
    • Client facing recruiting preferred
    • Experience working with multiple ATS platforms
    • iCIMS experience preferred

    Computer Skills:

    • Proficient in MS Office
